On the ground

The residential half is estate housing from the eighties and nineties — brick veneer, tiled roofs, single and double storey, on tidy blocks. It is straightforward work: sound surfaces, exterior trim that has weathered, and interiors ready for their second repaint. The one local wrinkle is dust.
