What it costs, and how you find out
Ross quotes every job on site. Nothing is priced over the phone or off a photo, because what decides the cost is the condition of what you already have — and you cannot see chalking render, failed filler or a previous coat letting go in a picture.
The quote comes back as a fixed price, itemised by area, naming the paint system and the number of coats. That figure is what you are invoiced. No day rates, no variations unless you ask for extra work, and no charge for the visit whether or not you go ahead.
Living in the house while we paint it
Most Penrith interiors we do are painted with the family still living there. We work room by room so you keep a kitchen and a bed, cover floors and furniture properly instead of draping a sheet over them, and clean down at the end of every single day.
You get a start date and a finish date up front. If weather moves an exterior job, you hear it from us that morning — not by wondering why nobody turned up.
Landlords and property managers
A vacant week costs more than the paint does. We quote rental turnarounds to the date the property has to be back on the market, put the spend into the rooms an inspection actually judges, and invoice in a form your agent or accountant can file without chasing us for detail.
