Painting in a strata building
Tell us the building details when you call and the quote will reflect them. The four that matter most are lift access and whether it must be booked and protected, loading dock or parking arrangements, the hours the building permits work, and whether strata want our certificate of currency and licence details lodged before we start.
We carry full public liability and can provide the paperwork on request. Getting it in early is what stops a job being turned away at the front door on the morning it was meant to begin.
Commercial and after-hours work
Offices, consulting rooms, retail tenancies and small commercial premises are quoted with a start and finish date and, where the space cannot be closed, an after-hours or staged schedule.
Low-odour, low-VOC systems are standard for occupied premises, so a room painted in the evening is usable the next morning. Where it is not, we will say so in the quote rather than on the day.
