How much does it cost to paint a house?
The cost to paint a house depends on several factors, including the size of the property, the condition of the surfaces, the amount of preparation and repairs required, the areas being painted, access, and the type of paint and finish selected.
Every home is different, so the best way to get an accurate cost is with an on-site assessment. We can inspect the property, discuss what you’d like painted, and provide a clear, detailed quote before any work begins.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. We come out, measure, and give you a fixed written price with no obligation and no follow-up pressure. If we are not the right fit we will say so.
How soon can you start?
Most jobs start within one to three weeks. Pre-sale work gets priority scheduling — if you have a campaign date, tell us and we will work backwards from it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — NSW licence 468068C, plus public liability insurance. We provide our certificate of currency before starting any job.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every job carries a 5-year written workmanship warranty that transfers with the property if you sell.
What areas do you cover?
Penrith and the Nepean, the Hills District, Blacktown, Mount Druitt and the Hawkesbury. If your suburb is not listed, call anyway — we travel for the right job.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not at all. Plenty of our customers give us access and go to work. We lock up, clean down daily and send you photo updates if you would like them.
What paint brands do you use?
Premium trade lines from the major Australian manufacturers, chosen for the substrate rather than the discount. The exact system is named on your quote.
